-A small victory for the first amendment

Finally some good news. The first amendment was upheld today in the case of a public high school teacher preaching against religion in a public high school. If you want to keep God and religion out of schools, we should keep atheist philosophies out as well wouldn't that make sense? In this case, the courts got it right saying that showing hostility towards Christians and promoting "irreligion over religion" is a violation of the first amendment.

This is shameless indoctrination of young kids. This is not a college class, this is a taxpayer funded public high school with 14-18 year old kids.
